"Start presentation" button #24

As suggested by tonk:

The F5 keys switches to 'Full-screen'. In tools like PowerPoint and OpenOffice Impress it means that the presentation starts, Timers are started and the slide to show is displayed in fullscreen on the beamer.

(Ignore the "F5" key, that's just an example.)

Just as with the 'b' (blank screen) it's not something I made up as an example. These are the key codes sent by a wireless presenter to accomplish these functions.(These are the keys used by PowerPoint). It would be nice if these keys could be configured, but I opt for these to be the defaults.

Yes, you are right. Keys "b" and "F5" will be used as defaults.
