When activating fullscreen mode in LibreOffice, the window is first moved to the "current" monitor depending on where your mouse pointer is located. That is: Say, all windows are currently located on screen 1; move your mouse pointer to screen 2; press F5; the presentation starts on screen 2.
In pdfpres, however, the user has to explicitly move the beamer window to screen 2 before pressing "f". It would be better if pdfpres checked the location of the mouse, too -- like LibreOffice does.
