Manually add all contributors

It looks like the all-contributors apps do not support rst just yet, but a solution might be forthcoming in PR 301 there.

Adding contributors manually for now till

• A solution is merged into the all-contributors apps, or perhaps
• This library migrates to a different contribution spec
