Procrustes Operations #3

The procrustes package should implement the GPA procedure to be minimally complete.

Semilandmarks based GPA would be a bonus, but might need the thin plate spline stuff implemented first.

I think I added this via ZenHub, and don't need it at the moment. Though it might be productive to consider tags like Epic or more specific to branches/themes like "Procrustes Operations".
