Build minimal #12

Builds and installs minimal number of ccpi packages.

Uses Python 3.5 as this version is the most tested.

I'd prefer the SOURCEDIR to be in the user home, as he/she may want to develop the code.

This is detail. I prefer systematic approach to have it next to installdir which is /opt/… I usually don’t have source code in home directory of virtual machine. But 20 developers will have 20 different opinions. So don’t waste time on useless discussion about details and do what you like. I don’t mind.
