Reformat file with appropriate extention #56

Hi @vaishalijain3456, There are some program present under python directory and probably in other directories too which seems independent but doesn't have appropriate file extension in it. Would I refactor code and rename files that follow the standards?

@vaishalijain3456 Should we want to delete unwanted files from the repository? Listing out below for some of them.

Additionally, there is one submodule added named Hactober_2021 but it doesn't point to any repository(seems this repository itself!) Should we delete it to make code clutter free?
