Attached files are stored in database instead of stor.

Currently attached files land in the t_accounting_received table instead of stor.

[ ] If easier, just add a second form to add attachments, can be rendered elswhere (i.e. below the rjsf form, or in a modal that pops up on button click from rjsf). Stor path is to be /accounting/costs/
[ ] Please rename t_accounting_received to t_accounting_costs in database migrations with RENAME TABLE `t_accounting_received` TO `t_accounting_costs`; (and vice versa for downgrade path. Rename in code as well. There shouldn't be any other name occurrences of this table.
[ ] Make uploaded attachments visible (at least clickable link).

nahrane soubory jdou do storu. jak jsi prisel na to, ze jdou do accounting received? leda ze by to tak bylo driv a ja to pak predelal :) kazdopadne ted jdou do storu

soubory jsou uz i viditelne pri editaci cost zaznamu, nebo pri brouzdani ve storu.

tabulku jsem prejmenoval, udelal jsem na to novy migracni soubor. taky jsem ji nove pridal do permissions tabulek.
