When I saw the command "Update Relative Links: Update all relative links", my initial impression was that this would only be applied to the currently open note because I did not read the readme thoroughly. This resulted in my entire vault being changed very quickly without a confirmation.
This expectation was built from other plugins that I've used, such as File Cleaner, Folder Notes, and Custom Attachment Location, that ask for confirmation before affecting the entire vault.
I have backups, so this is not an issue. However, I believe that a warning that pops up about the wikilinks not being supported and also about it affecting the entire vault would be appreciated by others who didn't bother reading closely such as me.
Thanks for your suggestion. The text content in the confirmation pop-up window has been improved in version 2.1.3. You can upgrade to version 2.1.3 to check the effect:
