Clarify language server setup in README.md #18

Please let me know if there's anything in particular I should change with this pull request.

Also IMHO the horizontal rules (---) are probably unnecessary, but I added two more of them for consistency.

I think the README could be improved, but I would disagree with the wording here, which is not standard. I'll think of a counter-proposal later.
