the program runs in the background but nothing happens #17

OS : WINDOWS VERSION : WINDOWS 11 23H2 GPU : gtx 1050 2gb RAM : 8GB

I have the latest nvidia drivers

I tried to launch ntsc-rs-launcher.exe and ntsc-rs-standalone.exe but nothing happend

How long are you letting it run for? The first time it starts up, it has to load a lot of libraries. Depending on the speed of your hard drive, this could potentially take a couple of minutes(?)
