It would basically be an option to adjust the tracking, which would make the video jump more and more as it is increased. It would also make the color of the tape be desaturated as well.
As per an example of what a jumping video would look like, I have provided 2 example videos of what they look like.
(Note how in the first half of the video, the image is jumping rapidly. The second half doesn't feature as much jumping however. Note the desaturation of color in the image.)
