[Suggestion] Add light/dark mode switch #4

In ntsc-rs, there's no light/dark mode switch.

Some people want ntsc-rs's dark mode, but don't like Windows 10/11's dark mode. My friend uses ntsc-rs, and it's like this.

Can you add an independent switch for this?

I've added a light/dark mode toggle in the latest release.
