(Suggestion) Interference Slider #85

I would like to see some sort of interference effect in NTSC-RS. The slider could simulate how far away the TV is from the transmitter. I wouldn't know how to fully implement this but it would cool to see.

Can you provide a visual example of what this would look like and how it cannot simply be accomplished with the existing noise sliders?

I was thinking along the lines of sync loss or the GenerateMe ntsc_analogtv effect. Like the image rolling and heavy distortion or warping. Something like this, although for the NTSC standard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOUtG3s8NG8
