The c-collabsible component should be refactored to us a slot for the toggle, to allow to overwrite the default toggle more easily (E.g. to add additional buttons to the toggle area or change the layout more easily. An example can be found on SSFS.

I think there is now already such a component we can move from the SFS project to this one.
