Adds a prompt at the end of setup-stage3.sh offering to make desktop entries for GNOME/KDE/XFCE/etc users. The entries launch ~/bin/ffxiv-run-act.sh, ~/bin/ffxiv-run-game.sh, and ~/bin/ffxiv-run-both.sh.
