Hackage vs. binary #397

The binary download ( the only one that can be accessed; see https://github.com/valderman/haste-compiler/issues/396 ) is 0.5.5.1, but Hackage doesn't have that version, which means that I can't get the GHC side code to agree with the Haste side code.
