Add Support for V12 #114

It looks like there is active development for v12. Any idea how far away this is?

Do you need another set of eyes or help with anything?

It is happening, all commits now in master are for getting this stuff blend on CMS12. Timeline - hard to tell now as there are many things that have changed in .NET comapred with Framework. Hopefully somewhere in December..
