bafbi and I are working on updating the extractor. Some of the formats for the extractor have changed and this will be addressed in a future pr.

@dyc3 CI is passing, can I get this reviewed? the format of a lot of things have changed and I plan to do them one by one instead of some massive 1.21 update pr.
