@whysir there are now 9 new WooCommerce plugins in your wp-content/plugins directory that you need to activate and test one at a time. You may need to refer to their documentation on WooTheme to set some of them up or add widgets to your sidebar to view them in action.
Install each one and look for UI issues and test their Customizer support. They do not have custom settings, you will have to use the Content->Post settings to see much change. Mainly look for issues with the UI and broken functionality. This should be what you work on before anything else today. Cheers!
