Typography->Link hover color #89

Changes hover color on post links, but sidebar links remain separate color.

The way the sidebar links are setup is inverse. So the hover is the default link color and the link is actually the default hover. Probably needs to be added to an install doc somewhere when we have one.

Actually, I take that back the links are a set color and the hover is the default link color. We could add a color picker for the sidebar links. Reopening.

The sidebar links are the regular text color and hover is the regular link color. LMAO

I'll add a description to the controls section.
