After cropping image, image overlaps. Even without a margin added in Branding->Logo Margin Top.

A 250px tall header image should be tall enough, unless your logo is gigantic. Technically it's only a suggestion and you don't have to crop the image. I've updated the CSS so it fills the space and doesn't repeat. As well, I've adjusted the suggested size to 1920x240 which is divisible and should give better results when scaling up or down.
