Minikube Integration for Docker Container Management

Description:

Implement automated start and stop functionality for containers.
Integrate Docker environment to dynamically pause and unpause unused containers in the Minikube environment.
Develop a system that automatically pauses containers when idle and resumes them upon usage.
The system should later also be able to handle nuclio inside minikube / kubernetes
