Also, if shortName and longName are going to be restricted to stations, they
should probably be renamed to stationShortName and stationLongName. If they are
generic, their descriptions and names should be updated to remove references to
station.

Regarding networkID: That looks good and necessary. I'll add it soon, but
consider it done. Thanks for filling out all attributes.

Regarding longName and shortName: I see what you mean. My vote would be to keep
these as generic names and apply them generically, rather than create narrowly
defined terms. I see no benefit to having narrower terms. So, the only change
required would be editing the term descriptions. Easy.

networkID term has been added, following the original content recommendation
from Shane, with just a tiny tweak.

shortName and longName descriptions and "name" have been modified so they're
generic and not described as pertaining only to stations. However, I took the
liberty (sorry...) of adding this weak qualifier at the end of the description,
just so that someone browsing these terms may have the useful information that
that's how we're mainly using them at this time: "typically applied to assets,
specially stations and network of stations". If and when we start using the
terms truly generically, we can delete these qualifiers. But if more than one
person objects strongly now, I'll delete them now.
