Keep swe vector localFrame names generic #57

This is a very small tweak, but I'd like to request that we keep localFrame 
names generic and ignore things like feature type. Currently in the 
timeSeriesProfile SWE example, the sensors' localFrame includes profile 
(#wmo_41001_sensor1_profile_frame):

Since the sensor's local frame is relevant to all feature types, I'd like it to 
just be #wmo_41001_sensor1_frame. Then it's consistent across feature types, 
and it matches the station local frame format also (#{asset_short_id}_frame).

Anyone see an issue with this? Fixing and closing tomorrow Wednesday June 5 at 
COB.
