Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I use some mathematics terms in markdown like IVT (Intermediate Value Theorem), or I create some words with first letter capitalizing like some terms in medical such as Fundus, it would appears "Possible spelling mistake found.LTeXMORFOLOGIK_RULE_EN_US".
Describe the solution you'd like
I hope if there is a function that is able to ignore spelling check if I capitalize the first letter of a word.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Or we can enable Regular Expression in our dictionary so that I can add "A", "B", ... , "Z*" to the dictionary.
