Publish To OpenVSX #845

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Alternative projects to Microsoft's propertiary vscode binary like vscodium do not connect to vscode market place by default, therefore it is hard for people who uses codium to get this extension.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please publish to OpenVSX, a open vscode extension library hosted by eclipse foundation. Publishing an extension is simple, just navigate to the site and click publish on the top right corner, register a account and drag and drop the extension. Alternatively extensions can also be published programatically: https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions
