[Bug Report] Various Fixes v1.90 - Intro cutscene, Roman's cab is missing wheels (conflict with Fusion Fix v3.0.0)

I've noticed that with Various Fixes installed, Roman's cab in the introduction cutscene is missing its wheels. It only applies to the cutscene, they are restored when you gain gameplay control. I've isolated it as an issue with Various Fixes, because removing the Various Fixes folder from my update folder restores the wheels.

With Various Fixes v1.90:

For clarity's sake, I will provide a list of my installed mods (done through FusionOverloader unless specified):

• DXVK v2.4 - (Specifically a developer build from here, installed manually)
• FusionFix v3.0.0
• Console Visuals v1.7.1 - (everything except for Console TBoGT Hud Colors)
• Various Fixes v1.90 - (you are here)
• Radio Restoration Mod for GTA IV CE - (Old and new songs combined, beta tracks added)
• GTA IV Project2DFX
• Higher Resolution Radio Logos v1.1b
• Higher Resolution Miscellaneous Pack v1.1
• Higher Resolution Vehicle Pack v2.1c
• Centered Vehicle Camera
• HD HUD and Reticle
• UHD Vanilla Map and Radar
• Solitude - a timecycle mod v1.5
• Reduced Traffic Screech - (Installed manually via OpenIV)

I have tried the following:

• Removed the Higher Resolution Vehicles Pack Ash_HiRes_VehiclesPack folder from update (issue persists)
• Removed the Console Visuals ConsoleVehicleAnims.img file from update\ConsoleVisuals (issue persists)

After searching around, I've discovered a post on the Fusion Fix GTAForum thread mentioning that this is caused by a conflict with FusionFix v3.0.0:

Later on in another post from the same Fusion Fix GTAForum thread, a user mentions removing rom1_a_*.wad and intro.cut from Various Fixes to restore the wheels? Hard to tell, it's worded in a strange way (I asked for clarification later on in the thread, will post any reply here):

After asking the user above for further clarification, I received a reply from another user with further insight and information:

The original user with the strangely-worded message also responded with clarification to my inquiry. As opposed to digging through and changing so many files like the user above explains, they only mention removing the intro.cut file:

Like a fool, I never even thought to check the dedicated Various Fixes GTAForum thread until now. This issue has already been discussed there in great detail, as well as the correct fixes you should do until Various Fixes is updated:

For anyone reading this and not understanding:

Until Various Fixes recieves an update that's compatible with Fusion Fix v3.0.0, you can manually edit the files as a temp fix. If you have Various Fixes v1.90 installed via Fusion Overloader (the "update" folder method), make the following changes:

• Delete procobj.ide from "update/pc/data/maps/generic/"
• Launch OpenIV, enter edit mode, open the VariousFixesIV.img file in "update/Various Fixes/" and 1 - Delete the three rom1_a_*.wad files from the VariousFixesIV.img (* means 0, 1, 2) 2 - Delete the intro.cut file from VariousFixesIV.img 3 - Add the new intro.cut file to VariousFixesIV.img from this GTAForums post

Closing this issue, seeing as v2.0 has been released and this has been patched.
