In a recent video by Any Austin, a weird anomaly with power cables is pointed out: https://youtu.be/FO6O8XEbFgg?t=1340 (anomaly is timestamped) I did a quick check to verify, and it's indeed present, under the Plumber's Skyway ramp in front of the Globe Oil refinery: Screenshot_1

There is an empty plot of land directly underneath, so adding a pole asset here would surely not cause any issues: Screenshot_4 Screenshot_5
