Add <span> inside permalink.headerLink style until safari reader more is fixed #107

I would be nice to add the <span> around the header text inside the anchor until the issue with the Safari reader mode is fixed.

Or atleast add an option for this.

That's a good point, I just added a safariReaderFix option to headerLink in 8.4.1!
