Q10, Q11 not in BOM? #6

Hi, I'm planning to assemble a unisolder unit and I found your notes very useful, especially the BOM.

I just have a small question: I did not find Q10 and Q11 listed in the Excel file but there is instead line 112 specifying two IPD031N03LGATMA1 as IPD053N08 equivalents.

But looking in the IPD031N03 datasheet, Vds(max) > 75v requirement is not met... Has this line to be corrected with another mosfet?

Thank you, Nicola

I'll chech which part i've actually mounted on mine as soon as i have mine unisolder on hand. Thank you, that part caused me some trouble and some stop in the build for a while

Intanto grazie mille per aver organizzato così bene le informazioni. Sono a pagina 63 del thread e mi rendo conto che sarebbe stato laborioso pescare info utili frammentate in vari post...

Grazie ancora!

I've checked and i can confirm that i'm currently using the IPD031N03 without problems

Ok, thank you. Since I was already assembling the unit, I've opted for the FDD86367 to meet the requirements specified in the forum posts.

I can also tell you that I did not manage to program the PIC32MX with Arduino and pic32prog. It gave me a different target id each time and none of them was supported. With Pickit it worked at the first try.

If you want you can add these informations and make a PR!

@nicola-d I live in Italy too, can you please let me know where you got all the components and how much was the approximate cost of building it ? Did you find the PCB or did you order from the gerbers ? Thanks

I bought the PCB on Ebay and it was sent from Spain (11 euros shipped). Regarding the components, I mostly relied on the Excel spreadsheet on this repository (the TME + Farnell version). I had to find some equivalent parts though, because weren't available. I purchased the OLED display on Aliexpress. I already had the toroidal transformer. Approximately I spent 150 euros for a unit (but I have a lot of spare parts).
