Version 8 Gmail Delay Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

None.  There is currently no draft messages to send.  The trigger is running as 
expected and then generates an error message (see below).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 8.  Windows 7.  Chrome browser.

Please provide any additional information below.

Received the following error message:

Attempted to execute command: function () { return GmailApp.getUserLabels(); } 
10 times without success. Error message: Exception: Service invoked too many 
times for one day: gmail read.. Aborting :-( (line 237, file "Utils", project 
"GmailDelaySendWeb")

I think this should be resolved by:

dfe12f550e8dff5aaa9 (pushed live this afternoon).

Because the service limits are based on a 24 hour period, you might not see 
this fix make a difference until tomorrow.
