Update TVDB plugin to use new API #1

The API v1 endpoint will be discontinued on October 1st, 2017. See https://thetvdb.com/wiki/index.php?title=Programmers_API

Yeah...

Probably will just switch to TVmaze API. Still free, simple JSON, and no auth or API keys (and certainly no JWT).
