Resize/optimize the logo image for web, for the formats bellow, and add as:

Partners Section, alongside Coderminer and Feevale, with a link to https://www.meetup.com/Vale-dos-Desenvolvedores/
Favicon

Favicon isn't transparent. We should fix it.
