Not sure if we want to merge this to master. It defaults to bicycle routing for this branch and uses the default costing initially. You can check out run and test locally. To select options, click show and choose your bike options then click 'Bike Me!' There's also a leaflet layer control on the right top corner of the map as well as osm links to view/edit if you click on a POI.
