9 years ago I updated a few things and all seem to be working now. Anyway for us to pick a different color for drawing the elevation line? Possibly something darker? Other than that, I think this looks good.

this moves elevation demo to its own place /elevation/index.html so that it can be separately used on gh-pages. it seems that the routing graph doesnt work on this branch, and i think it might be because that one is on the kikid branch? anyway it seems broken and i dont know why. i tried to fix it and its partially there but doesnt plot the stuff correctly. it didnt have any of the updates for the url structure etc, so yeah i am really confused with what branch is what at this point..
