Standardizes API key information and sample keys #165

Fixes https://github.com/valhalla/valhalla-docs/issues/126

These changes:

standardizes the API keys and rate limit information to point to one, centralized topic
removes the active development text and how to get higher rate limits
removes commercial usage terms from the intro pages (this is covered in the main docs page)
replaces mapzen-xxxxx with preferred your-mapzen-api-key now used throughout docs.
