Switch to 4-letter status abbr #25

Which would make ASSIGNED show up as ASSI instead of ASS, which could be considered rude/unprofessional by some.

… while assi is only rude/unprofessional to Germans (cf. http://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/assi), and we are known for our good sense of humour and never looking for a casum belli. Here house owners are even sorry when they shoot a burglar.

I don't feel strongly either way; the 4 letter version is consistent with Bugzilla itself (and thus has some technical merit). Another option would be to change ASS to something else. I'll just await pull requests :-)
