[BUG] Portals still work after i disable them #734

OS: Windows Client Valheim Game Version: 0.212.7 V+ Mod Version: 0.9.9.11

Describe the bug

In config of valheim plus, i disabled the portals and they still work.

Troubleshooting

I did try both ways, i tried TRUE statement in the config, also FALSE statement, both ways the function doesn`t work.
