Crop Replanting and QOL

Add Ability to middle mouse click on crops with the Cultivator to replant, similar to https://github.com/JohnDowson/CropReplant (doesn't seem to be maintained anymore)

Possible config options:

• Option to toggle ability on/off
• Option to toggle Multipick on/off
  • Multipick would be having multiple crops nearby be replanted at the same time to avoid click on each individual plant.
  • Option to adjust range of Multipick effect
• Option toggle stamina use
  • When enabled, replanting the crops would use the same amount of stamina as manually doing it.
• Option to toggle Durability wear on cultivator when replanting
• Option to prevent crop harvest if no seeds are in inventory to replant
• Option to toggle on/off showing the time remaining until plant is fully grown when cursor is hovered on plant.
• Option to have the ability to plant any crop in any biome
• Option to plant normally unplantable things like berry bushes and some foliage
• Option to enable grid snapping with planting crops

There are two client-side mods that incorporate almost all these features:

1. Plant Everything
2. Mass Farming

I don't think these features are a good use of V+ developers time.
