HDF library version #5

Hello, would it be possible to know which version of the HDF library are you using?

The current release (1.10.4) is not including the definition of H5VL_loc_params_t required to build the swift VOL.

I am providing additional information.

I updated API calls to comply with the new HDF5 library (version 1.11.4) and the manual build is successful. It is not possible to build through the provided makefile because it is referring to a non existing file vol_test.c.

After starting the swift container as described in the README, when trying to run upload.py the application is timing out.
