add homepage links to personal descriptions #13

The first block of http://book.validatingrdf.com has author "homepage" links (eg https://labra.github.io/).

The personal author descriptions (eg http://book.validatingrdf.com/bookHtml019.html#sec224) are missing these links.
Also, I would make the first block point to the personal author descriptions: it's nice for people to see your photos and short paragraphs before they jump off to your homepages.
