The latex command \footnoteUrl has some strange behaviour in Hevea which makes it not to show its argument url and show just the text #1. I quick hack was to remove the \url in Heva so it shows at least the url text without an anchor.
I would like to be able to include also the url but at this moment I don't know how to do it.
