backslash escape in URL in footnote #7

http://book.validatingrdf.com/bookHtml013.html#sec217 footnote 1 says "The complete list of rules is defined in https://www.w3.org/TR/shacl/\#syntax-rules." Note the backslash before #.

This happens to work because the browser translates /\ to // and the w3 site treats // to / but still, its not right
