Add countries to validate passport number. #1288

I was going through the passport validator source code and noticed that a few countries were missing. Can I add those countries to the list?

Hello, I see this hasn't been worked on, I could work on this, although I've done some reaserch and I have only found these:

I could add these ones, but if you know somewhere I could find more, please let me know.

Hello guys, I would like to add Egypt, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia to the list of passport countries. I know what their format is. Would that be possible? Please let me know! :)
