Describe the bug I'm trying to validate de-LU mobile phones but the validator is returning false for valid mobile phone numbers.

Examples If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. Another validator validating successfully the number

@lwintjen Is your example surely a mobile number? According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Luxembourg, phone numbers all start with 6x1
