The connected app should be able to call the confirmVcard method on behalf of a user when doing the de-centralized, community authentication process.

For example, a user (or Vcard) can request (see request Vcard) that another user confirm their identity and age by confirming their Vcard.

Flow:

  1. User within a connected app requests for their Vcard to be sent to one or more connected Vcard accounts for confirmation.
  2. Account that has been requested to confirm accuracy of Vcard is able to view the user's Vcard and respond
  3. Response from the requested account is recorded as one of the following: -'Confirmed' -'Flagged' -'TimedOut' if not responded to within 3 days
