Create wiki pages for hand holding on infura & key generation #32

Let's make two wiki pages that are linked on the readme where we explain how to setup and configure infura and a separate page on how to create a plain private key in MEW and get the address. Both are required for the .secrets.json file

We should also be consistent with the terminology used by infura. On the README we mention API key but infura seems to call that PROJECT ID
