You are running an insider preview build: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2023/11/16/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-22635-2771-beta-channel/
EP is not guaranteed to run on that. And unless you are a software developer, you shouldn't be running that.

Okay, thank you for let me know this😁👍
I am also experiencing this problem, though it only occurs when I have the Start menu position set to "Center" opposed to "At screen edge". On my primary display it opens fine, but on my secondary display it opens from the top of the screen and clips into the other. When I switch the position to "At screen edge", the problem doesn't occur and the Start menu opens correctly on the second display.

If this is happening for you, but under different circumstances, please create a new issue.
I have the same issue with my build Version: Win11 23H2 22631.3672.
You responded to the wrong issue. Please comment in the issue you created: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/issues/3499

Sorry, I replied incorrectly(#°Д°)
When using a multi-screen monitor, the start menu on the secondary screen is displayed in the wrong position when the Windows key is pressed. Clicking the windows icon on the secondary screen can display the position correctly.
