Settings menu drop-down list problem after in-place upgrade to Win11 22H2 #2877

Hi

After I have upgraded Win11 Enterprise 21H2 to 22H2, I'm encountering an issues with EP Settings page: Drop-down elements do not work. F.i., I cannot select "Start menu style". The drop-down list isn't working. The same story with all other drop-down list on all pages. The other elements work fine. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall to no avail. "Import Settings" worked as expected.

I figured out that my system got messed up in other areas. Thus it will be counterproductive to troubleshoot EP on a messed up system.
