Please include what settings you changed in explorer patcher properties application. These should be screen shots.
Please include any other software you have installed that modifies the UI of windows.
I have included both in my post.

Didn't understand much from the post but I will try it and see how it will go.
How about issue No 2 with Quick Launch Icons aren't be "Centered" ? Here is a picture from Windows 10 Taskbar in which it clearly shows that the icons are "Centered" ((Windows 10 default Feature ?) - I don't remember neither what version of Windows 10 I was using nor IF I was using (probably not) ExplorerPatcher):

After I had my PC closed and unplugged from the power outlet for a week (away for work) and after the change of the above setting, I had again my "Quick Launch" icons like this:
The icons not being centered has been brought up before and it's been declined to be fixed, sorry.
